Richer, stronger, more stylish, successful; “Little Geneva”, the most prestigious in Central Europe – these are the attributes AUTOSALON in Incheba, Bratislava has earned not only from Slovak and Czech media over the past six days. A total of up to 50 automobile brands, 60 Slovak exhibition premieres including one Central European and one European, record number of 25 caravan and camper trailer brands; an exhibition of exclusive American and Czechoslovak veterans, Mini AUTOSALON for children, lovely pedal cars, as well as brand new activities such as street food zone, beauty corner with free make-up for ladies or entertaining Festive attractions on the 1st of May created not only an exclusive show, but also a great program for the whole family.
This year, AUTOSALON brought to Bratislava a number of exclusive automotive novelties including the biggest, most expensive (Rolls Royce Cullinan) and the fastest SUV in the world (Lamborghini Urus), a unique futuristic autonomous concept (Renault Trezor), the latest “flying car” model (AeroMobil 4.0) and dozens of new models from popular brands, many of which have not yet been introduced in Slovakia. Great attention was paid to electromobility as one of the current trends – electric or hybrid vehicles were represented not only in the portfolio of the majority of brands but also in the 600 m2 large exhibition stand of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic and SARIO agency. In addition to exclusive exhibits (for instance, the cross section of an electric car), visitors could find plenty of information on the possibilities of utilization, support, financing or involvement in this global trend.
This year’s novelty in the accompanying program – Skoda Autosalon Express – thanks to which many visitors could take a free ride directly to AUTOSALON from three locations in Bratislava and enjoy the exhibition free of charge, earned plenty of positive reactions from the public.
Numerous exhibition stands at AUTOSALON in Bratislava were traditionally reminiscent of prestigious foreign exhibitions. Several exhibitors were awarded prestigious annual Incheba awards for their spectacular presentation. This year they were acquired by Kia Motors Sales Slovakia (for a particularly visually matched exhibition stand), the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic and the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (for an innovative approach to electromobility presentation), P Automobil Import (for a creative approach to vehicle presentation), Porsche Slovakia (for an exhibition stand that brings future trends), Skoda Auto Slovakia (for proactive marketing approach and presentation) and Hyundai Motor Czech (for an exhibition presenting progress and innovation). The award for the best automobiles of the exhibition in various categories was also awarded by the publisher of the magazine Auto Magazin and Profi Auto.
The main partner of AUTOSALON was OMV Slovakia; on the other hand, the main media partner of the fair was RTVS – Radio Slovakia and the Green Wave traffic intelligence, whose redactors were informing their listeners about the course of event directly from the exhibition, and also broadcasted the program called Attention, sharp curve LIVE from Incheba for the very first time.
