From 2nd to 6th December 2019 the Incheba Bratislava will host the Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) – this event is a climax of the year presidency of Slovakia in the organization.
Regarding its size this event will be the biggest of its kind in the modern history of Slovakia. Bratislava will be visited by foreign ministers of 57 OSCE participating countries and of partner countries from Asia and the Mediterranean. Moreover, presence of around 1,300 delegates is also expected.
The premises of the exhibition grounds will cover all conference rooms including the main negotiating room, halls for preparatory committees and halls for security cooperation and several meeting rooms, offices for secretary-general, advisers, secretariat and OSCE institutions.
Rooms for bilateral meetings are also technically provided and organized by Incheba; there will be more than 40 interpreting booths with necessary technical equipment as well.
Journalists will be provided with professional background – spaces for media include not only huge press centre with infrastructure for connection of cameras, microphones and notebooks with premises intended for live feeds and interviews but also several rooms where press conferences will take place.
The Ministerial Council of OSCE will be under strict security measures.
