Christmas Days Offered All Necessary for Beautiful Christmas

During three December weeks Incheba traditionally hosted the Christmas Days full of ideas, decorations and inspiration. The event was enhanced by rich advent weekends with festival of social games and offer of original handmade presents. Children were free to enjoy the Children Post where they could write to Baby Jesus and share their wishes with him, or experience a catching weekend programme at the Christmas stage. Thus visitors were free to not only rest a little and have a fun during the pre-Christmas hurry, but also to shop everything they needed under one roof!

Almost three hundred vendors were available daily, offering thousands of ideas and inspiration how to delight your dearest ones – with wide range of goods from practical household products to clothes, bags, electronics, books, gourmet products, toys, tools, jewellery or costume jewellery – you could choose something for every member of your family.

Advent weekends were enriched by interesting activities. The first December weekend – 2nd and 3rd December belonged to the festival of social games HRAtislava. The whole Saturday and Sunday both children and adult could come and play more than 1,500 games from the whole world. Brain teasers zone, Domino zone, commix corner, HRYzbička, “Slovak Street” full of game novelties and prototypes could not be missing, also introducing a total novelty – the game Storytellers was christened by the actor Lukáš Latinák on Saturday 2.12.

Christmas handmade weekends were an ideal opportunity to shop original and traditional Slovak Christmas presents and decorations from Slovak authors, craftsmen and manufacturers – blueprint jewellery, soaps, bags, corn husk dolls, knitted and crocheted products, hemp and lavender products, blueprint textile accessories, folklore ribbons, wooden decorations or unique household accessories not to be found in shopping centres. Visitors could also try some of traditional crafts like pottery circle, and leave the fair with a memory in the form of own cup or bowl.

During all three Christmas weekends the event was accompanied by colourful accompanying programme on Christmas stage where children were having fun during dancing – theatre performances, musical performances or Christmas storytelling.
