Strategy for the development of the E+R+P fair for 2009
In its beginnings (2003), the E+R+P fair focused on the political and economical situation in Europe and expected accession of Slovakia into the EU and the Schengen area. In the light of above, the structure of exhibitors was oriented at the police force and its sections – Aliens Police, Border Police and Customs Administration. The upcoming fifth international fair of police, security, firefighting and rescue equipment E+R+P
(EMERGENCY+RESCUE-SECUREX+PYROPOL) is slated for May 2009. Success of IDEB 2008 inspired us to strengthen and improve the position of the E+R+P fair among security fairs held in Slovakia, the components of which fall under the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic and Ministry of the Defence of the Slovak Republic.
These goals are reflected in the motto for 2009 – “COMPREHENSIVE SECURITY”.
Therefore the fair is expanded and the firefighting – rescue section is significantly extended – by flood protection equipment, security equipment, safeguarding of public order, technical equipment of the police and criminalistics services. With the fair subsuming into the term of ZMOS concilium, professional attendance in communal section has been sustained and medial presentation for wide public in fields of security equipment is going to be very striking as well.
