In 2005, the „Success Through Knowledge“ Endowment was established by Incheba, a.s. and Ing. Alexander Rozin, Csc.. The Endowment is a not-for-profit legal entity pooling funds for public charity purposes, namely to support secondary and tertiary education. The funds of the Endowment may be used to buy equipment necessary for the education/teching process, provide scholarships to students from low-income families, provide allowances for full or partial payment of accommodation cost, provide support for conferences, organize training courses, work-shops, etc.
The assets of the Endowment are comprised of the donors‘ endowments and other funds. Any beneficiary of funds from the Endowment may only use the funds for the purpose for which they were provided and the beneficiary shall furnish proof, at the Endowment’s request, that the funds were used for the designated purpose. The operations of Endowment are managed according to the approved budget.
The Endowment is governed by the Managing Board, the Trustee and the Supervisory Board.
